Return & Refund Policy of theshowcaseintl.com

If you are not able to attend the event for the reasons explained below, we will accept a refund within 14 days counting after the last day of the event. Once we receive your refund message or email at The Showcase International platform will then give a full refund (excluding clothing costs in case we already purchased it).

Acceptable refund cases:

– Visa not issued on time, informed at least 20 days before departure.

– COVID-19 travelling restrictions of your origin country

– COVID-19 positive test (with proof)

The Showcase International will not issue refunds for tickets purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners on other websites.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s).

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45d ays for the refund transfer to be completed.
