The Showcase is a one-of-a-kind global platform for young talents whose biggest dream is to become a pro football player. In the world of football, being skilled doesn’t always guarantee success… Timing also plays a big part! And that’s where The Showcase comes in — presenting you with an opportunity to be at the right place at the right time. These two-week tryouts in July give players the chance to showcase their skills in front of professional Spanish clubs and train with some of Spain’s top UEFA A Pro coaches. While the coaches monitor trainings and matches, two scouts from each participating Spanish club will watch every move, both on and off the field, and decide which players have what it takes. During the Awards Ceremony on the final day of the event, the participating clubs will then select at least one player to join their preseason in Spain and/or sign a professional contract.
